Surface Cooling Radiator
Surface Cooling Radiator high efficiency heat exchange system is a copper tube through aluminum plate type surface cooling heat exchanger, which adopts advanced mechanical tube expansion and arc corrugated double flange aluminum fin structure. Mechanical tube expansion makes the copper tube and aluminum fin contact closely, and arc corrugation can promote fluid flow, destroy boundary layer, and improve heat transfer coefficient. Advanced structure, coupled with reasonable design of water path, tube distance and plate distance, make this heat exchanger have good heat transfer performance, small air resistance, compact structure and light weight. It can be widely used in air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, heating and other projects. It is an ideal supporting product for fresh air unit and air handling unit. It can also be connected with air duct for cooling or heating. Copper tube welding adopts low temperature fast brazing, with pressure resistance >1.2 Mpa
